Napa Cabbage and Turkey Rolls

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

1 Napa cabbage, chopped

0.2 lb turkey meat, cubed

0.1 lb Basmati rice

2 yellow carrots, chopped

2 tablespoons grease

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 cups meat broth

5 tablespoons soy sauce

3 teaspoons table salt

2 teaspoons oregano

2 teaspoons basil

2 teaspoons nutmeg

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon red pepper powder

1 teaspoon cilantro

0.2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons parsley, chopped

How to Prepare:

Soak the Basmati rice in the cold water for 20 minutes and change the water few times.

Prepare the big kitchen saucepan and cook the Basmati rice on medium heat for 15 minutes until half cooked.

Then grind the turkey meat cubes in a food processor or meat grinder.

Mix in the table salt, oregano, basil, nutmeg, cilantro, cinnamon, coriander and red pepper powder. Add in the carrots and rice. Stir the turkey batter well.

Spoon the turkey batter on the Napa cabbage leaves and wrap.

Transfer some grease into a food processor and add the turkey rolls.

Pour the broth, cornstarch and soy sauce into the food processor. Cook the turkey rolls for 40 minutes and open the lid.

Transfer the turkey rolls into Asian bowls. Sprinkle some soy sauce and chopped parsley on top to serve.
